Quote of the week…

I assisted a workshop with Marco Rojas yesterday at Pure Yoga NYC (@ the new west side studio which is super nice btw). The workshop was called “FREEDOM” and was to help beginners with their inversion practice, recognizing that the biggest hurdle that beginners need to overcome in their inversion practice is fear.

Marco, being one of the sweetest and most humble teachers I have every met, emailed us this quote below in preparation for the workshop. I thought it would be nice to share with all of you…
