5-7 p.m.: Special class co-taught by Sharon Gannon & David Life
7-8 p.m.: Delicious vegan dinner in the JivamukTea Cafe
(Yoga class & dinner: $75)
8-9 p.m.: Free kirtan dance party with Ishwari & Shruti Ram
9-midnight: Mauna, the practice of silence (shhhh! No talking!), will be observed. All asana rooms will be open free to the public for individual reflection on this auspicious evening.
12-12:30 a.m.: Break the silence with chanting and a special New Year’s message from Sharon & David and bring in the New Year with delicious vegan chai courtesy of the JivamukTea cafe.
