In less than two weeks, a little plot of land in Sheldon, VT will be transformed into an oasis of amazing music, kick asana yoga, ecstatic kirtan and dance, meditation, great local food, and tons more exciting FUN – The 2010 Liberate Music and Yoga Festival is upon us people!! And we are so fortunate and excited to have gotten to know the Liberate crew over the past year, these guys totally rock and are poised to offer the community the best music and yoga festival since…dare I say…Wanderlust!

The third annual Liberate Music and Yoga Festival will take place August 20th – 21st at the family farm owned by festival founders, Jane Jarecki and Ben Lanza in beautiful Sheldon, VT.

The festival will include exciting and creative Yoga classes from some of the area’s best teachers, guided meditations, Kirtans and ecstatic dancing, acro-yoga, fire spinning, and among other fantastical, fun activities.

Festival tickets are on sale for $90 each (includes 2 nights of camping), but we are giving away a pair right here for free!

Well… yoga is going to liberate me from the back pains I will surely get driving 11 hours from Virginia for this, and the music will liberate my mind from the stresses of everyday life working in the congestion of Washington D.C. Save me from my mental and physical pain!!!
