Yeehaw! Dave Romanelli is heading down south to Houston, TX for a weekend jam-packed with Yoga, Miracles, Chocolate, Wine, and good times!
First up - Yoga Rasa:
Friday, September 24th: 7pm – 9pm
Yoga and Miracles: There’s nothing a little wine can’t fix

In 1912, a Swiss doctor won the Nobel Prize in medicine. A few years earlier at the healing waters of Lourdes, France this doctor witnessed something that forever changed his view on life, science, and religion. Dave Romanelli’s 2 hour vinyasa flow workshop will stretch, lift, twist, and open your tightest muscle of all … the brain. Little shifts in the mind can do wonders on the body. Rockin’ tunes, a splash of wine, a little inspiration, and the magic of optimism.

Saturday, 9/25: 6pm – 8pm
Yoga + Wine
With music ranging from The Who to Erykah Badu setting the tone, he will lead you through a 2 hour flowing vinyasa yoga class focused on aging gracefully. After class, we will enjoy Sicilian wines from the Feudo Arancio vineyards. We can all learn a thing or two about how to model the aging process after one of the few things that ages well: a bottle of wine. As John Barrymore said, “You don’t age until your regrets outnumber your dreams.”
Sunday, 9/26: 11am – 1pm
Yoga + Chocolate
After a two hour flowing vinyasa yoga class set to great music (from Sinatra to the Grateful Dead), He’ll lead you through a tasting of exotic Vosges chocolate truffles. The chocolate is a metaphor: Everything is sweeter in the mo- ment.
